Senior Pastor
Nathan Caparolie & Erin
Nathan studied
religion and philosophy at Mars Hill college, and began serving in
full-time ministry as a church planter upon gradutating. He returned to
Trinity later on as an executive pastor and then served as an interim
pastor prior to answering the call as the full time senior pastor in
2003.
Nathan enjoys the
challenges and opportunities that church leadership provides and loves
to see people find their purpose and fulfillment in Christ. His other
interests include music, business, and media technology.
Nathan is married to
his high-school sweetheart and life-long love, Erin. They met and began
dating in Trinity's youth group and were groomed for ministry as they
grew in the church. Erin is a graduate of Appalachian State University
where she majored in psychology. She is an avid reader, enjoys cooking,
and enhancing the church and business with her organizational and
administrative skills.
Nathan and Erin have
one daughter, Madison, and savor their time being a family. They love
the simple things in life like being home, working in the yard, and
being with friends.

Church Secretary
Kathy Mann
Kathy
went back to school while her 5 children were in elementary school and
preschool. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration at Appalachian State University in 1998. She is now
employed full time at ASU.
Kathy
has been involved with the Finance/Administration Team at Trinity for
several years. Now she is responsible for the church’s accounts
payable, bookkeeping, and recordkeeping, as well as various
administrative duties.
She
enjoys spending time at home with her husband of 31 years, gardening,
reading, and especially loves Beth Moore Bible studies. As she is
beginning to experience an “empty nest,” she would like to get back
into weaving after a hiatus of about 20 years.

Systems Coordinator
Erick Karcher
Erick
came to the High Country in late 1999. He came to Trinity with a
friend and later joined the church in 2000. He has served as sound
technician mid 2001 to mid 2008. He currently resides in Ashe County. He is also employed full time at Wal-Mart in Boone.
His interests include collecting, surfing the net, reading and media technology.
